Refund & Cancellation Policy

Regiment teas are sealed food products. To protect quality and safety, we do not offer cash refunds. Where there is a genuine issue with your order, we will make it right with a free replacement or store credit, as set out below. This is a service commitment, not a discount or promotional offer.

Order cancellation

      Before dispatch: you may cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched. Email operation@regimenttea.com or call us with your order number, and we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

      After dispatch: once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or contact us, and we will assist on a case-by-case basis.

      Prepaid vs. COD: prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to source. Cash-on-delivery orders simply will not be charged.

When we replace or issue store credit

We will provide a free replacement or store credit (your choice) if your order arrives:

      Damaged or leaking in transit.

      Sealed incorrectly or with a manufacturing defect.

      Wrong item, wrong variant, or short-shipped versus your order.

      Expired, or with insufficient shelf life on arrival.

How to raise a claim

To help us verify and act quickly:

      Report within 48 hours of delivery by emailing operation@regimenttea.com or calling +91 79822 53109 with your order number.

      Include clear photographs of the product, the seal, the batch/expiry label, and the outer packaging.

      Do not discard the product or packaging until your claim is resolved.

Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement at no cost to you, or apply store credit to your account — whichever you prefer.

What is not covered

      Opened or partially used product where there is no quality defect (food safety means we cannot accept these back).

      Change of mind on taste or preference, where the product is as described and correctly delivered.

      Claims raised after the 48-hour reporting window.

      Damage caused by incorrect storage after delivery.

Store credit terms

Store credit is issued to your registered account, is redeemable against any future Regiment order, and does not expire within the year of issue. Store credit has no cash value and is not transferable.

Refunds to original payment method

Where a refund does apply — for example, a pre-dispatch cancellation of a prepaid order — we process it within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
