We ship Regiment teas across India through reputable courier partners. This policy explains our dispatch timelines, charges, and delivery terms.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping charges

A flat shipping charge of Rs 65 per order applies and is shown at checkout. We do not run “free shipping” promotions; instead, our value to you sits in the product, full ingredient disclosure, and member benefits such as early access to new SKUs.

Payment options

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD), processed through secure payment gateways.

Order processing and dispatch

      Processing time: orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

      Dispatch confirmation: you will receive a confirmation with tracking details by email or SMS once your order ships.

Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

      Metro and Tier-1 cities: 2–5 business days.

      Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days.

      Remote or non-serviceable PIN codes: may take longer, or may not be serviceable by our courier partners.

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier load, weather, regional restrictions, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation to follow your shipment. If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.

Delays, failed delivery, and incorrect addresses

      Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

      If a delivery fails after multiple attempts and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-dispatch may attract an additional shipping charge.

Damaged or missing shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or items are missing, report it within 48 hours of delivery under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We will provide a free replacement or store credit once verified.
